Selling is easy! Upload clear photos of the sneakers you want to sell. After submitting, we'll review the listing to ensure it meets our quality standards and doesn't contain counterfeit items or inappropriate content. Once approved, your sneakers will be visible to buyers.

Looking to buy? Explore a wide selection of sneakers from verified sellers. You can filter by brand, size, and price to find the perfect pair. Some sneakers are negotiable—if you see the “Make an Offer” option, submit your offer, and the seller can choose to accept or decline.

xKickx uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Whether you're buying or selling, your payment details are safe, and transactions are processed smoothly.

Once you make a purchase, you can communicate directly with the seller to coordinate delivery or pickup details. All communication is private between buyers and sellers.

We take counterfeit sneakers seriously. While we do our best to keep the marketplace clean, you can also help by reporting suspicious items. Sellers may need to provide additional proof of authenticity, and we may partner with third-party authenticators.

Buyers can leave reviews for sellers to help others in the community make informed decisions. Honest feedback helps build trust across the platform, but we reserve the right to remove inappropriate or offensive reviews.

xKickx offers both free and premium subscription plans, giving you access to advanced selling tools and priority listing reviews. If you choose a subscription, payments are non-refundable, and all processing is handled through Stripe.

You'll receive notifications about your listings, offers, and purchases. You can manage these notifications from your account settings, but please note that certain alerts are required for key updates.

We encourage users to resolve disputes independently, but if you encounter any issues, we're here to help. In the rare case that disputes cannot be resolved, they may be settled through arbitration in Romania.
